- Prior to every appointment please review and complete the following:
- Review the waiver and release of liability (given to you by reception)
- Please complete the Health Questionnaire and Liability Consent below
- Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to limit the time spent in the lobby
- Use hand sanitizer located at the desk or you can use the restroom to wash your hands
- Our receptionists will confirm your Health Consent is still accurate
- Please maintain social distancing and wear a mask while in common areas
- After your massage, check out with the receptionist while still maintaining social distancing
Updated Cleaning and Procedures:
We pride ourselves in the fact that we have always gone above and beyond to have a safe and clean environment and we have made a few changes/additions to our cleaning procedures which include:
- Fleece face cradle covers will be removed for ease of cleaning.
- Credit card machines, pens, counter tops, door knobs, furniture etc...will be wiped down regularly with EPA registered approved products.
- We will use EPA registered approved products to clean our restrooms regularly (hourly) and will have a written cleaning log posted in each bathroom.
- Everyone entering the building will be required to either wash their hands immediately or use hand sanitizer, which will be available at the front desk and in all bathrooms and treatment rooms.
- Virus and Allergen Eliminating Filterless Air Purifier that kills all viruses, germs, bacteria and mold are in all common areas, staff areas and treatment rooms.
- Additional cleaning staff has been hired to clean the building
- All employees are required to follow all health protocols including proper hand washing, and cleaning, and disinfecting all surfaces.
- Lysol wipes are provided in every room and throughout the building.
- Extra disinfectants have been added to every laundry load of sheets, towels, blankets, robes, etc.
- All brochures and pens have been removed from our lobby and main area. If you are interested in taking any materials with you, please ask one of our employees to gather them for you.
- We ask that if you are feeling sick at any time, please stay home and cancel your appointment with us. We ask that our 24 hour cancellation policy be respected so that we can offer the appointment to another client that may be interested in scheduling.
